Welcome to textQuo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the textQuo service, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by Quo Telecommunication LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years of age to use textQuo.

Service Description

textQuo is a telecommunications service that provides messaging, calling, and virtual phone number capabilities. Our service allows users to communicate with other textQuo users for free, as well as with traditional phone numbers for a fee.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such action.

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Not share your account with any other person

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if you have violated these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of someone else's rights
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.

Payments and Billing

textQuo offers both free and paid services. By choosing a paid service, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you.

Payment details:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law
• Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel a subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
• Prices are subject to change with notice. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the Service. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, please contact our customer support within 30 days of the charge.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quo Telecommunication LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Quo Telecommunication LLC.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the app or by contacting our support team.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quo Telecommunication LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Quo Telecommunication LLC does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
